We already have tribalism in everything and it always will be from ethics to politics to religion. That's one of our biggest enemies is tribalism with the polar opposites that we carry. If we realize how similar we are, it can usually mitigate that. I think if we see actually, you know what, they're closer to me than I realize. And Freud would call that the narcissism of small differences where they constantly are fighting because they're so close to each other. You know why Democrats and Republicans fight all the damn time? They're closer than you realize.
