About This Episode
He’s asked where he’d rather train — Dagestan or Brazil — and explains why Brazil makes sense socially, while Dagestan’s wrestling-heavy style also appeals to him. He then breaks down the real-life side of training decisions: managing finances, running a farm, and waiting until the right moment to commit to a full training camp before the next fight. A realistic look at how fighters plan their careers outside the spotlight. If you were to go train, would you rather train in Dagistan or in Brazil? I'd have to pick Brazil cuz my homies I got Junior down there, you know, Atai, all my buddies, Dagistan, that type of training, I think I would enjoy that a little bit more actually. That upper body wrestling type of stuff. Are you considering going to Brazil to train? I'm considering it for sure, but also the world is just so hectic right now and I'm also operating this farm that it just doesn't make sense for me to leave right now since I don't have a fight and I'm just trying to kind of save up money for the end of this year after I got to pay taxes and all that. So, I'm kind of just trying to save up money and survive until the next fight.
