Do We Really Need Another National Crypto Fund? 🤯

Trump keeps talking about like a strategic reserve for the country where he wants to buy Bitcoin and maybe buy other assets and put it in there. I didn't understand why we need another national bank account. Why couldn't we just reuse one that we already have and just start investing it in stuff that's actually going to make returns?
