Does it make sense that as your children grow up, you go, "Get out of here and go start with zero dollars. If I have a farm and I can grow food and my kids are growing up, they should learn how to grow food." To actually think the honorable thing to do is to go start from scratch and bootstrap yourself up. But why build everybody up with the idea of like get all the way through college and then you're out on your own and go see if you can make yourself? Why do that if you if the family all remains insular and it could compound for hundreds of years if it kept going? So I I just don't understand why the message that it's more right, more good to not help your kids out as they're just starting out in life. Why is that the better way to go? Seems totally counterintuitive.
