What's so interesting is like how much we're studying meditation now. And when you get into deeper and deeper states of meditation, the brain waves that we're putting off, they go from alpha to beta to theta to gamma. And we're actually showing this physiological response, but it's hard to do because you have to be able to turn off parts of your brain. And and so the practice of meditation, if you want to think about it from a materialist standpoint, is the ability to drop your frequency that your brain is in down into a theta state. And that's measurable.
